Zayic Concrete Inc. is a commercial, residential, agricultural and decorative concrete construction company based in Detroit Lakes MN. The owner, John Brehm, has been with the company for 46 years. John purchased the company from his brother in 2008.

Together the Zayic Concrete staff has combined 250 years of concrete construction experience with individuals specializing in residential, commercial, decorative, chemicals, finishes, overlays and ground & polish. This dedicated group is always looking for better and more innovative ways of bring the best possible product to the consumer.

John and wife, Dawn, started the Concrete Maintenance division of Zayic Concrete in 2008. This company specializes in ground and polished concrete, floor overlay systems, hardeners and sealers.
